This expansive site in Taman Desa Jaya, Johor Bahru—destined for a mixed-use development—called for a meticulous approach to earthworks, including cut-and-fill operations and surplus earth export. Engaged by TPPT Sdn Bhd, we also constructed robust main drains and road infrastructure, laying the groundwork for a vibrant new community.
